About BCSS

A tech-first administrative services company for behavioral health practices.

Why We Exist

Behavioral health practices run on disconnected systems. Billing, scheduling, and clinical records rarely integrate, which wastes time and money. BCSS combines administrative services with technology built specifically for that work.

From Service to Platform

In 2017, Matthew Cobb began providing administrative services to a single group therapy practice: billing, reception, and the day-to-day work that lets clinicians focus on patients, along with payroll support for the practice.

The systems available to support that work did not integrate with one another. The billing software did not connect to the scheduling system, the scheduling system did not connect to the EHR, and none of it was built for the realities of behavioral health.

He built an enterprise platform, Practisphere, to connect those functions into one system. BCSS uses it to deliver its services, and continuously develops it from operational experience.
